Not your grandma's tater tot casserole! "Tater tot" potato croquettes, stuffed with seasoned ground beef, cheddar cheese and caramelized onions, smothered in a cheesy mushroom cream sauce, with pan roasted corn, broccoli, and crispy bacon.
