Layers of banana, Nutter Butter cookies, peanut butter pudding, and whipped cream. Topped with a rich dark chocolate sauce.

Monday, 1/29 starting at 4pm

Fortified beef broth with a blend of chilis and tomatoes stewed with aromatic, rice-filled meatballs using our local Capital Farms ground beef, accompanied with roasted Mexican squash, parsnips, carrots and a toasted slice of Noble Bread country loaf all garnished with fresh cilantro and scallion.
